If you are considering selling your property, then why not organise your own Home Information Pack (Hip) independently of your estate agent. Some estate agents receive a kick back in financial terms from their Hip provider and this is usually added to the overall cost to you as the customer.

Strictly Hipsco can offer Home Information Packs at competitive market rates, and with our 50 years of property experience we can also advise on how to save hundreds if not thousands of pounds on estate agents fee's.

We can offer a pay now facility through our web based system, or pay later on a deferred payment option which requires you to have a valid debit or credit card and for you to be the named owner of the property, The card will be debited immediately with a validation fee of £3.50, then the remainder will be taken in 3 equal payments over three month intervals.

The Hip typically takes between 5-7 days to compile, although usually quicker by electronic means. You will receive a bound copy when completed, at no extra charge.

We host our Hips on www.hipfolio.co.uk where all you have to do is put in the postcode of your property to see the home information pack in its entirety. This is especially useful for your prospective purchaser or their solicitor to view independently.

Once we have taken payment terms, we will generate a letter which confirms that the Hip has been commisioned and with this letter you can legally market your property.
